  26.  provide REGISTERED users with the following limited warranties for 90
  27.  days from the date of the original purchase:

  29.     MEDIA - Software Avenue, Inc. warrants that under normal use the
  30.     magnetic media and any packaging provided with it are free from
  31.     defects in materials and workmanship.

  33.     SOFTWARE - Software Avenue, Inc. warrants that the software, as
  34.     originally purchased, will perform substantially in conformance
  35.     with the specifications set forth in the documention.

  37.  To make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, return the product
  38.  to Software Avenue, Inc. with your name, address, and a statement of the
  39.  defect.  We will replace the defective product or, at our discretion, 
  40.  refund the purchase price.

  42.  THE FOREGOING STATES THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
